Social media links
Incorporating links to social media profiles is a frequent enhancement to Zendesk Guide themes. This tutorial outlines the steps to integrate them throughout your help center and personalize their visual presentation.
Our themes have a preset of links to the most popular networks like Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, or Instagram.
To change social media links
- In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
- Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
- In the Settings panel, select Footer social media links.
- Fill in the URLs of your social media accounts.
- Click the Publish button to save the changes.
