Fonts

Using a correct font is a key element in a brand's visual identity, conveying the brand's personality, values, and tone. A well-chosen font can make a brand appear more professional, friendly, innovative, or luxurious, depending on the brand's positioning and target audience.

Our themes provide a wide variety of web-safe fonts and Google Fonts, ensuring compatibility with all major browsers and operating systems.

Using built-in fonts

We use high-quality fonts in our themes. You can choose the font you wish to use from the Text or Typography section in the theme settings, and it will be instantly applied without any need for modifications to your page templates.

1. In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
2. Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
3. In the Settings panel, select Text or Typography (depending on a theme).
4. Click the Heading font dropdown.
5. Select a font you wish to use for headings.
6. Click the Text font dropdown.
7. Select a font you wish to use for body text.
8. Click the Publish button to save the changes.
