Header
The help center header serves as the primary navigation and branding element of your help center. It typically includes your company logo, main navigation links, and possibly a search bar, acting as the first point of engagement for users.
To change the header layout
- In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
- Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
- In the Settings panel, select Header elements.
- Select checkboxes for elements you wish to display.
- Click the Publish button to save the changes.
To change header links
- In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
- Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
- In the Settings panel, select Header link 1.
- Fill in the URL and Text fields.
- Click the Publish button to save the changes.
