Adding articles to FAQ section

An FAQ is a list of commonly asked questions and answers on a help center about your products, services, etc.

The FAQ section in the Selway theme is a perfect choice when you want to display popular and important articles at the top of the page. This section allows you to reduce the number of tickets.


Articles in the FAQ section are displayed based on the "faq" label.

To add an article to the FAQ, follow these steps:

  1. In your help center or Guide, navigate to the article where you want to change labels, then click Edit article in the top menu bar.
  2. (Guide Enterprise only) If you are on Guide Enterprise, click

  3. In Labels in the right sidebar, start typing the "faq" (without quotes), then select Add as new label or select the matching label, if it exists.
  4. Make sure the visibility settings are correct.
  5. Click Save.
  6. Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar. Your themes appear on the Themes page.
  7. Click Customize on the Selway theme thumbnail you want to edit.
  8. Make sure that the FAQ block is selected in the theme settings.
  9. Click Save.
