Logo and favicon

Incorporating your company's logo and favicon via our theme settings is a straightforward and rapid adjustment. Utilizing your company logo and favicon is crucial for brand recognition and consistency across digital platforms.

The logo is typically situated in the header of your theme, while the favicon is the miniature icon visible in the browser tab and beside the URL in the browser's address bar.

The favicon, though small, plays a significant role in enhancing user experience by making it easier for users to identify and navigate to your website among multiple open tabs. Together, these elements contribute to a cohesive and professional online presence, reinforcing your brand's image in the digital space.

This tutorial provides instructions for uploading these elements and adjusting the size of your logo to present your brand most effectively.

Add a logo and favicon

To add or change the logo and favicon of your help center theme:

  1. In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
  2. Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
  3. In the Settings panel, select the Brand or Logo section (depending on your theme).
  4. Click the Replace link in the Logo setting to browse for and select an image.
  5. Click Publish to save the changes.

Resize the logo

You can change the height of your company logo through the Logo height theme setting in the same Brand/Logo section.
