Promoted articles

Our themes have a variety of different layout styles for displaying promoted articles on the homepage of your help center.

Promoted articles layout options

• List: Displaying promoted articles in a list format offers a clear and organized presentation. This method allows for easy scanning by users, enabling them to quickly identify and select articles of interest.
• Accordion: The accordion format provides a compact and interactive way to display promoted articles. This method allows articles to be neatly tucked away under collapsible headers, saving space and reducing clutter on the page. Users can then click on a header to expand and read the article of interest.

To change the promoted articles' layout

1. In the Zendesk Guide, click the Customize design icon in the sidebar.
2. Click Customize on the theme you want to edit.
3. In the Settings panel, select Homepage layout.
4. Select a preferred layout option for promoted articles.
5. Click the Publish button to save the changes.
