Images and icons recommendations
Most of our Zendesk themes have an option to use custom icons and background images for the search area. Below you can find our recommendations for their dimensions and formats.
General recommendations

100x100px We recommend using SVG icons as they look beautiful on all devices. |
Recommendations for images in specific themes

Search area background image At least 1600x1100px We recommend using a colorful photo in JPEG format. To optimize the weight of the image, you can use services like Squoosh. It can minimize the weight and keep a good quality of the image at the same time. Try to use an image for the hero unit below 300 KB. |
