Challenges

Logitech is one of our loyal happy Zendesk customers. We have worked with knowledge bases for their brands Ultimate Ears and Ultimate Ears Pro.

This time they liked our new service ‘Zendesk Email Branding’. They wanted their customers to be able to recognize emails from Ultimate Ears Pro in their inbox. This brand offers the Ultimate Ears VIP concierge service which means it must be impeccable in every respect, trustworthy and recognizable.

Solution

To help Ultimate Ears Pro increase trust among customers we added their brand colors, logo and social media links in the footer of their Zendesk emails.

Because of the changes on the Ultimate Ears Pro website that were coming soon we had to adapt their Zendesk email branding after the first iteration. We removed the gray background in the header and footer to leave it white with black font. Additionally, we replaced ‘Our Support’ and ‘Email Us’ links with ‘Refer and Earn’ and ‘Our website’ links.
